Vito S. Scalisi, the principal of Scalisi Barristers, has extensive experience advocating for clients in the courtroom and as trusted legal counsel in arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
For over two decades, he has practiced a broad range of construction law and commercial-related litigation. Vito has also acted as trial counsel before the Superior Court of Justice and appellate counsel before the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario. He has extensive experience in negotiating resolution of disputes in his clients’ best interests.

Rosa Yi

Rosa Yi joined the firm as an associate lawyer in 2012 after articling with the Crown Law Office – Civil Law at the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario. Rosa regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice and advocates for and advises clients on various civil matters including construction, real estate, contractual and mortgage disputes.
